FAQs

Where can I see your jewellery in person?

You can visit any one of our stockists (link here) or if you are in Auckland you can make an appointment to visit our showroom (link here)

What is my ring size ?

Your ring size is not related to your clothing size and we don’t recommend you guess your size!

We recommend going to your local jewellery store to get sized correctly or send us an email to request a free ring sizer.

If you are buying a gift choose either for women: small (5.5), medium (7) or large (8.5) and for men: small (8.5), medium (9) or large (10.5)

If your ring needs to be resized there will be a charge for this.

Can I request a different stone?

Yes you can. Send us an email and we will do our best to source your ideal stone.

Where is my Meadowlark jewellery made?

Meadowlark jewellery is primarily made in our Auckland, New Zealand based workshop. One of our five jewellers will be making your piece especially for you.

A small selection of our styles are also manufactured offshore.

When will my order be ready?

If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be sent within two working days.

If you have selected a made to order item, it will be produced by one of our jewellers. This takes approximately three weeks time.

Gold plating requires an extra stage in production so may take a little longer.

You will receive a confirmation of order email and may not hear from us until your item is shipped.

If you want to check on your order status at any time, send us an email or live chat.

How long will gold plating last?

Gold plating naturally wears off over time, to make it last never use any soaps or chemicals while wearing gold plating, including washing hands.

See our care instructions (LINK) for more information.

Is your white gold rhodium plated?

No, we prefer the natural beauty of the metals.

We do rhodium plate on request and like any plating, it needs to be cared for well and may need to be replated every year or so.

Can you resize my ring?

Yes we can, depending on the ring and the difference in size it will incur a fee.

Simply send your items back to us packaged securely so it doesn’t get damaged, and include this returns form (LINK)

If you have purchased the ring in a store, please return it directly to the store.

Where are your stones and metals from?

We work closely with many suppliers around the world to source the best quality ethical stones and metals.
